Starting as a way to make money for a trip overseas turned into a passion that is unmatched by anything. Audri Fleming started decorating cakes at a young age with her mom. Even if it was only part of the cake with only a few simple swirls year after year, Audri was getting better and better and eventually ended up opening C3 Bakery in 2017. Her business has grown and grown. She hopes to attend the Culinary Institute of America in the fall of 2022 which will put a pause on orders for a few years. Getting the training that will come from the CIA will help Audri open a storefront back in her home state of Texas!

Currently, all proceeds from C3 Bakery go straight into a savings account to be used later for culinary school.
